Lynch Mob plays Guild Theatre really loudly and it was perfect.
I knew George Lynch was an icon from the 80s with Dokken. I’m a product of the 80s and while hair bands weren’t my style nor metal, I certainly can appreciate the talent. And photographically speaking? Metal and hard rock are the most fun.
George is the mainstay of the band started in 1989 with rotating members. The current lineup features drummer Jimmy D’Anda, bassist Jaron Gulino and lead singer Gabriel Colón. He says it is the “Final Ride” tour. If the case, I’m glad I caught it. It is running through March 2025.
“After 35 years since the inception of Lynch Mob, I feel the time is right to let this chapter of my musical life fade off into the sunset,” Lynch explained via statement (shared via Blabbermouth). “I feel the timing is right because of the solidarity and camaraderie of our current lineup. It ensures that we’re leaving a powerful legacy with no regrets.”
If you get the opportunity to see them, take it. George is incredibly talented, a musical icon, and he put together an amazing group of talented musicians.
