Jerry’s Middle Finger returned to Los Angeles for it’s first show of 2024 performing to a full house at the Lodge Room and they were on fire as only JMF can be! Garrett Deloian continues to show why he’s one of the hottest guitars in the Grateful Dead scene. Rodney Newman pounded out the beat with his usual ferocity, Son Vo on bass matched that intensity, Jon Gold filled the room with sounds of th B3 wrapping around everyone and Halina Janusz and Lisa Malsberger were songbirds on the wings of a delicious night of music! Highlights of the night were “Crazy Love”, “C’est La Vie (Never Can Tell)”, “What a Wonderful World” and “Money, Money” but the standout had to be “Don’t Let Go” as “G” took the entire mid jam into an amazing jazz pocket!
