Allman Betts Family Revival

The Allman Betts Family Revival brought the essence of the Allman Brothers Band back to life at The Fillmore. Helmed by Devon Allman and Duane Betts, sons of the iconic Allman Brothers Band founders, the concert showcased an exceptional lineup including Cody Dickinson, Grace Bowers, Jimmy Hall, Larry McCray, Lindsay Lou, Jackie Greene, Lamar Williams Jr., Alex Orbison, Robert Randolph, and Jake Shimabukuro.

The evening was divided into two sets. The opening set celebrated early music from the 1970s Duane Allman era, beginning with “Don’t Want You No More” and featuring favorites such as “Statesboro Blues,” “Melissa,” and “Jessica.” The second half highlighted the 1990s revival period with numbers like “Nobody Knows,” “Soulshine,” and “No One to Run With,” before concluding with timeless classics “Ramblin’ Man,” “Whipping Post,” and a finale of “Midnight Rider.”
