DeVotchKa came to the Great American Music Hall, and brought their unique blend of “gypsy punk” and “gothy-indie-cabaret” to San Francisco. Headed by Nick Urata – who sang, danced, drank, rollicked through their set with an eager crowd swooning with every beat.
Opening for them was San Diego’s Moondaddy, who played a moody, shoe-gaze-y kinda set that prepped the audience for what was to come.
