Norweigan electronic power-group Röyksopp blew the roof off of The Warfield Theatre with a smoke filled, dance heavy, laser-laden spectacular that was bigger, weirder, and wilder than this photographer ever expected. Playing tracks from across their entire 8 album discography, Svein Berge and Torbjørn Brundtland played on a large table behind a trio of amazing dancers. The dancers came out on stage for the first song in gothic Enigma style robes and then danced in an often improvised energetic and contemporary way. The audience followed suit.
Warming up the crowd was Bay Areas own DJ Galen (Sunset Sound System).
